Industry Focus: Content should be related to the vape industry only. Promotion or sale of unrelated products is prohibited.

3. Content Ownership and Rights

As a user, you retain ownership of any content you post. However, by posting on Vapebook, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share your content in accordance with typical social network practices (similar to platforms like Twitter and Facebook).

4. Buying and Selling on the Marketplace

Marketplace Listings: Vapebook allows users to list vape products for sale. However, Vapebook is only a listing service and does not manage payments, delivery, or order tracking.
Transactions: All transactions are solely between the buyer and seller. The platform holds no responsibility for the fulfillment of the sale, the quality of the products, or any other aspect of the transaction.

5. Restricted Content

You are not permitted to post:

Adult content, including nude or pornographic material.
Political discussions or propaganda.
Hate speech, discrimination, or any harmful content.

6. Data Collection and Use

Vapebook collects the following user data: username, first name, last name, IP address, email, phone number, bio, country ID, and website URL or social media links (if provided).
Data Usage: This data is used for user identification, account management, and notifications (e.g., password resets or important alerts).
Privacy: Your data is securely stored and will not be shared with third parties. Only the platform administration has access to it.

7. User Accounts

To participate in the platform, users must create an account.
Required Information: Users must provide a username, email, password, first name, last name, and country. The bio field is optional.

8. Community Guidelines and Enforcement

Violations: The Vapebook administration reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, delete content, or ban users who violate these terms.

Disputes arising between users or between users and the platform should first be addressed through our support email at info@vapebook.co. Further steps will be taken based on a mutually agreeable resolution process.

Platform Liability: Vapebook is not liable for any disputes, damages, or issues arising from transactions between buyers and sellers. The platform solely provides listing services.
Seller Verification: Sellers on Vapebook must provide a valid tobacco license to sell vape products in the US. Upon approval, they will be verified and permitted to list items on the marketplace.

11. Warranties and Responsibilities

No Warranties: Vapebook provides no warranties regarding the quality, legality, or authenticity of the products listed on the platform. All such matters are the responsibility of the sellers and buyers.
